Star Limit Army Builder
The only solver for Command An Army's star limit. Enter the cap your Units menu shows, tick the troops you own, and get legal four-entry loadouts instead of a table you have to do arithmetic on.
Read it from your in-game Units menu. We never guess it from your level.
What this solves: role coverage and star efficiency inside your cap. It is not a damage simulator - the game publishes no damage or health numbers, so nobody can honestly compute DPS for it yet.
Troops you own
26 of 26 selected. Star costs are community-reported and editable - correct them against your own Units menu.

The solver ranks by how many distinct battlefield jobs your four entries cover, then by how much of your star budget they use. It cannot rank raw damage because the game does not publish it - treat the order as a planning aid, not a promise.
How the solver decides
Role coverage first
A four-slot army that can only do one job loses to one that can anchor, shoot, flank and hold. The solver scores distinct battlefield roles before anything else.
Then star efficiency
Between two armies that cover the same roles, it prefers the one that actually uses the budget you were given instead of leaving stars idle.
Never fake precision
There are no public damage or health numbers for this game. The tool will not invent a DPS figure to look authoritative - it ranks composition, not raw power.
Star costs still missing
These troops have been named by creators but no source reports a star cost for them yet, so they are not in the solver pool. Read the value from your own Units menu and enter it in the tool by editing the cost of the closest entry.

Army builder FAQ
- What does the army builder actually calculate?
- It searches every combination of up to four troops inside your star limit and ranks them by how many distinct battlefield jobs they cover, then by how much of your budget they use. It does not calculate damage, because the game publishes no damage or health values.
- Where do I find my star limit?
- Open the Units menu in game and read the limit shown there. Community reports say the cap grows by one star every five levels and reaches 15 stars at level 50, but you should always use the number your own menu displays.
- Are the star costs accurate?
- Star costs are community-reported and every one of them is editable in the tool. Correct any value that disagrees with your own Units menu - the solver uses whatever numbers you enter.
- Why does it tell me a loadout is impossible?
- When nothing you own costs less than your limit, or your selection is empty, the tool returns the reason instead of quietly dropping a troop to make the numbers work.
How the solver decides the best units in Command An Army
This page does not publish a ranking, and it does not claim to know the single best unit in Command An Army. It computes the strongest combination you can afford right now: it reads the star limit you enter, filters the pool down to the troops you have unlocked, then works through the combinations that fit inside four slots and your star budget, scoring each one on role coverage before star cost breaks any tie. Change the budget by one star and the answer can change completely.
Two consequences are worth knowing before you trust the output. First, the best units in Command An Army for a player at 15 stars are not the best units for a player at 8, so the same tool gives different accounts different answers, and that is the point rather than a bug. Second, the solver reasons about cost and role, not about damage, because damage numbers are not published anywhere this site can verify. It will tell you which four troops fit your budget and which jobs they cover; it will not pretend to know which one wins a fight it never simulated.
