What is worth sending
- A code that does not work, or one we are missing, with the reward you actually received.
- A unit missing from the roster, or a star cost that disagrees with your Units menu.
- A correction to a counter or tier placement, ideally with the match or clip it came from.
- A factual error anywhere on the site, including on this page.
Account and billing problems
Account recovery, Robux refunds, in-game bans and lost units are handled by Roblox Support and the developer - start at roblox.com/support. This site is a reference, so it can fix a wrong number, a dead code or a missing unit, but it has no access to your account.
Response times
Corrections that change data files are prioritised over general questions, because they affect everyone reading the page. Codes are checked against their sources before any list changes, which is why a report is not always reflected the same day.
