What is worth sending
- A code that does not work, or one we are missing, with the reward you actually received.
- A unit we have not catalogued, or a star cost that disagrees with your Units menu.
- A correction to a counter or tier placement, ideally with the match or clip it came from.
- A factual error anywhere on the site, including on this page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot restore Roblox accounts, refund Robux, resolve in-game bans, recover lost units, or act on anything requiring access to your account. Those are Roblox or developer matters. This site is a reference, not a support desk.
Response times
Corrections that change data files are prioritised over general questions, because they affect everyone reading the page. Codes are checked against their sources before any list changes, which is why a report is not always reflected the same day.
